Bengal gram flour, Semolina, Sugar, Iodised salt, Coriander, Black pepper, Raising agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity regulator (INS 330).
BAPS Amrut Bhajiya (Pakoda) Method of preparation:
Take the given mixture and add 300 ml of water. Stir and mix properly. Cut potato and chilli into thin slices to prepare potato and chilli bhajiya/ pakoda. Dip the slices into the above prepared mixture and fry in oil on medium flame. Enjoy the prepared bhajiya/ pakoda with ketchup or sweet chutney or red chutney. Special Note: This mixture can also be used to prepare methi gotas. To prepare methi gota from this mixture, take 150g crushed green chillies, 80g finely cut methi, and add 200ml water to the mixture. Allow to stay for 15 minutes. Heat oil evenly and fry the methi gota.
