Chhole Masala-50 g
INGREDIENTS (In powder form) : Coriander, Chilli, Dry mango, Cumin, Cassia, Clove, Iodised Salt, Black pepper, Mace, Nutmeg , Caraway, Fennel, Turmeric, Black Cardamom, Cardamom, Szechwan pepper.

Recipe for Chhole :
Soak 250 g Kabuli chana overnight. Drain water in the morning. In a separate pan , heat 50 g oil/ghee and add 1 tea spoon cumin seeds, ginger paste and saute it. Add 3 chopped tomatoes, 3 tea spoons of BAPS Amrut Chhole masala and cook on medium flame until oil/ghee starts to separate. Now add Kabuli chana and cook for 40 min by covering the lid on low flame.
For Pressure Cooker add 400 ml water with ½ teaspoon soda-bi-carb and pressure cook for 20 minutes or blow 1 whistle. Add ½ teaspoon lemon juice with one teaspoon of BAPS Amrut Chhole masala and stir the mixture well. While serving, garnish with coriander leaves and ginger shreds.
