Bengal gram coarse flour, Sugar, Iodised salt, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala powder, Raising agent (INS 500(ii)), Black Pepper, Coriander, Acidity regulator (INS 330), Ajowan, Fennel.
BAPS Amrut Dakor Gota Method of preparation:
Take the given mixture and add 200 ml of milk or water. Stir and mix properly. Allow the mixture to remain for 15 minutes. Then again stir the preparation thoroughly before frying. Heat oil evenly and fry the dakor gota. Enjoy the hot dakor gota with curd or chutney. One can also prepare fulvadi and kelavada from the given dakor gota mix.
