Green gram dal, Iodised salt, Raising agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity regulator (INS 330).
BAPS Amrut Dalwada Method of preparation:
Take the given mixture and add 400 ml of water. Stir and mix properly. Add to the above mixture, grinded paste of green chilli, coriander and ginger. stir well. Heat oil evenly and fry the dalwada. Enjoy the prepared dalwada served with fried green chillies.
