Rice, Bengal gram dal, Black gram dal, Sugar, Iodised salt, Raising agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity regulator (INS 330).
BAPS Amrut Dhokla Method of preparation:
Take the entire contents and mix 570 ml of water and stir properly. Add grinded paste of ginger and green chillies according to taste. Leave for 15 minutes. Prior to preparing, stir the batter thoroughly. Place a plate on stand kept in the vessel filled with boiling water. Cover the vessel and allow to steam cook for 15 minutes. Take 25 gm of oil and heat in a small pan. Add sesame seeds (til) and mustard seeds and pour on cooked dhokla. Cut the Dhokla into small pieces and sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve with green chatni or tomato ketchup.
