Rice, Black gram dal, Refined wheat flour, Iodised salt, Acidity regulator (INS 330), Raising agent (INS 500(ii)).
BAPS Amrut Dhosa Method of preparation:
Take the entire contents and mix with 700 ml of water. Stir properly and leave batter for 15 minutes. Before starting to prepare dhosa, stir the batter thoroughly. Heat a non stick frying pan and once heated, clean with oil and wet cloth. Pour small quantity of batter on the frying pan and spread to make dhosa. After making each dhosa, clean non stick frying pan with wet cloth and apply oil. The prepared dhosa can be filled with masala prepared from potato or banana to make it more tasty. Serve the prepared dhosa hot with coconut chatni and sambhar. To make tasty sambhar, insist always on using BAPS Amrut Sambhar masala.
