INGREDIENTS : (In powder form)
Refined wheat flour, Whole milk powder, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Raising agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity regulator (INS 330).

BAPS Amrut Gulab jamun Method of preparation:
Add 100 ml of milk to the mixture given in the packet and mix with hands gently. Apply little ghee to both palms. Make small balls ensuring that there are no cracks in them. Now take ghee in a frying pan and heat on low flame. Initially fry only one Gulab Jamun, if it comes up slowly then fry rest of the Gulab Jamuns (if it comes up fast allow the ghee to become little cool and then fry rest of the Gulab Jamuns). Fry till the balls turn golden brown. Soak them in the prepared sugar syrup for 30 minutes.

Method of preparing sugar syrup:
Add 600g sugar to 600ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. Add Saffron and Cardamom to make it more tasty.
