INGREDIENTS : (In powder form)
Rice, Black gram dal, Iodised salt, Acidity regulator (INS 330), Raising agent (INS 500(ii)).

BAPS Amrut Idli Method of preparation:
Take the entire contents and mix 650 ml of water and stir properly. Leave batter for 15 minutes. Boil water in Idli cooker. Grease inner side of Idli stand with little oil and put batter in the same. Put the stand in the Idli cooker and allow to steam cook for 15 minutes. Serve the prepared Idli hot with sambhar and coconut chatni. One can also prepare Idada from this batter. To make tasty sambhar, insist always on using BAPS Amrut Sambhar masala.
