Biryani Pulav Masala
INGREDIENTS (In powder form) : Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Big Cardamom, Anistar, Fennel Seed, Dry Ginger, Szechwan pepper, Iodised Salt, Dry mango Powder.

Biryani Pulav Recipe:
Boil 250 gm of Basmati Rice. Heat 3-4 table spoons of oil in a frying pan. Add one spoon of ginger paste and stir fry. Then add tomato puree prepared from 2-3 tomatoes. Add to it chilly powder, turmeric powder and keep stirring till the oil separates. Now add two teaspoons of BAPS Amrut Biryani Pulav Masala. Then add 200 grams of half fried green peas, French beans, cabbage, carrots, etc. Take another frying pan and apply oil to its surface. Then add boiled basmati rice and the above prepared vegetable gravy. Heat on low flame gas and add butter according to taste and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot biryani along with raita and salad.
