Kitchen King Masala
INGREDIENTS (In powder form) : Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Chilli, Fenugreek, Curry leaves, Black pepper, Iodised salt, Dry ginger, Kasuri methi, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Mace, Anistar, Nutmeg.

BAPS Amrut Kitchen King masala is the best available masala for adding great taste and aroma to all vegetarian recipes. The ingredients are made of the best spices such as Coriander (dhaniya) , Fenugreek seeds (methi), cumin seeds (jeera), Black Pepper, Cardamom (elaichi) and Turmeric (haldi).
Recipe for (Mutter Paneer):
1. Put one spoon edible oil in a frying pan and heat. Add 2 cut green chillis, 7 cashew nuts, 1 tea spoon khus – khus (poppy seeds), 1 spoon cumin seeds (jeera), 2 spoons of crushed ginger.
2. Then add ½ to 1 cup water in the frying pan. Keep it for 30 minutes. Once the paste is ready then heat fry the paste in ghee (approx. 7 spoons). Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 spoon chilli powder, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, and 2 spoons BAPS Amrut Kitchen King Masala.
3. Add boiled peas and cook till ghee separates. Add ½ cup water and 250 g paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves, green coconut and serve hot.
