Pav Bhaji Masala
INGREDIENTS (In powder form) : Coriander, Chilli, Black pepper, Cumin, Dry mango, Cinnamon, Clove, Iodised Salt, Dry ginger, Anistar, Fennel, Turmeric, Black cardamom, Szechwan pepper, Bay leaves.

BAPS Amrut Pavbhaji masala is a special masala and mixture of the best spices to add great aroma and taste to your bhaji.
Ingredients: BAPS Amrut Pavbhaji masala and other vegetables as per requirement such as Potatoes, Tomatoes, Capsicum, Coriander, Carrot, Cabbage, Cauliflower.
Recipe for Pavbhaji: Boil 4-5 potatoes, 1 cup peas, ½ cup carrots, and all vegetables. Heat 100 g of butter/oil in frying pan. Add 2 tomatoes and salt as per taste and stir gently. Add boiled vegetables. Add BAPS Amrut Pavbhaji masala and keep on low flame gas for 2-3 minutes. Turn the flame off and Keep it covered for 5 to 7 minutes. Split the pav into 2 slices and shallow fry in butter/oil and serve with hot tasty bhaji.
