What is Freeze-Dried Fruit?

Freeze drying is an advanced food-preservation process in which fresh fruit is first frozen and then its moisture is removed under vacuum at a very low temperature.

Unlike conventional high-temperature drying, freeze drying is designed to preserve much of the fruit's original structure, flavour, colour and aroma while creating a naturally light and crispy texture.

The result is real fruit transformed into a convenient crunchy snack.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Freeze-dried fruit readily absorbs moisture from the air. After opening, consume promptly or keep the remaining product properly sealed to maintain its characteristic crispness.
