Sambhar Masala
INGREDIENTS (In powder form) : Coriander, Chilli, Pigeon Pea, Fenugreek, Cumin, Iodised Salt, Dry Mango, Turmeric, Mace, Black Pepper, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Cassia, Clove, Dry ginger, Nutmeg.

Recipe for Sambhar :
Take 100 g of pigeon peas, one table spoon of chana dal. Mix both dals and keep soaked in water for 30 minutes. Add drumsticks, bottle gourd, pumpkin and boil. Add BAPS Amrut Chilli powder and salt according to taste. Take 50 g of oil/ ghee in a seperate pan, add mustard seeds and tej patta and alow to crackle. Temper the boiled dal mixture with the same. Add tamarind paste as per taste and cook. Now add 2 spoons of BAPS Amrut Sambhar Masala and cook further for 15 minutes. Cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes. Serve delicious hot sambhar with Idli, Dosa, Meduvada, Uttapam, etc.
