Triphala is now a globally known Ayurvedic formulation for its curative effect over indigestion. It’s a perfect blend of three very potent medicinal fruits. According to Ayurvedic text this compound is able to retrieve the balance of all three dosha. It is used in Ayurvedic practice as a gentle laxative, liver tonic, rasayana (revitalizer for all body systems), vayasthapak (rejuvenator), blood purifier and digestive.
Dosage : 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful (2 to 4 gm) two times a day with warm water or as advised by physician.
* For Mild laxative : 2 teaspoonful (8 gm) at bed time with warm water
